Select a color and/or size, then click ‘Add to Cart.’
Of course, you can continue shopping and return to your cart anytime by clicking the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right.

Finished shopping? It’s time to complete your order. Click the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right to go to your Veroa items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed.
Then click the button ‘Proceed to Checkout.’ You’ll be taken to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on one page.
Note: Once you’ve completed your order, you can no longer make changes, as the order is immediately processed for faster delivery.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Veroa covers the shipping costs. So you don’t pay any shipping fees.*
*You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, and you’ll receive the link via email once your order is shipped.
It may take a little while for the Track & Trace status to be available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Veroa aims to deliver products quickly. If you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so the average delivery time is 10-15 business days.
4. I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a Royal Mail location. You will receive a notification from the driver, including the pickup location. After 7 days, Royal Mail will return the shipment to our warehouse.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there’s a small window to correct an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you believe you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package was delivered to your address, but you did not receive it, please report it. A PostNL investigation will be initiated 14 days after the indicated delivery date. We will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
