Returns and Refund Policy

If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email info@veroa.co.uk to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

How to Request a Return:

  • Please download, print, and fill out the return form if you haven't already. Request the return form via the form below.

  • Send your completed return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@veroa.co.uk by email.

  • After approval, ensure that your return is well-packaged and meets all the requirements below.

  • Clearly mark "Returns" on the outside of your package.

  • Use an insured tracked service to ensure your package arrives safely with us.

  • Follow up with an email with your tracking information to info@veroa.co.uk.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.

  • We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Ensure all returned items are well-packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • Ensure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transit.

  • Ensure the return form is approved – without approval, your return may not be processed.

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Send your order back
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to include a tracking number for the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within five working days.
